I just spoke to the terminader about how to train the football kids when it comes to the physical part. since they're so young (11-12), they can't do any workout in the gym or with any sorts of weights, so we have to use their own body as resistance. and since we're dealing with football, the most important thing right now is stamina, they have to be able to run a lot and also be fast. so there will be some warm-up of course before each training session, and then we might have a separate session for just the physical. some running, some interval training, and I suppose also some push-ups and sit-ups... should be good enough for them.
