that's probably one of the most random things ever. now why did I do that?
a friend of a friend is working on an art project, which is centered around the theme of Baha'i pilgrimage. for this, he's going to make an art installation containing prayer books from all over the world, similar to this suitcase outside the Shrine of the Báb:
being able to gather all this up will be a demonstration of a spiritual unity among the Baha'is all over the world. I think it sounds like an incredibly cool project, and it would be very exciting to see how many he's able to gather up. hopefully mine will make it in time :)
